Reports suggest Marvel may be moving away from using Kang as the villain in future MCU movies and shows. Screenwriter Jeff Loveness, who wrote "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania," was originally supposed to write "Kang Dynasty," but is no longer working for Marvel. Marvel's decision regarding Kang's future remains unclear, but cutting ties with the character completely seems unlikely.
