Montenegro High Court denies Terra founder Do Kwon's appeal in fake passport case, upholding his four-month prison sentence. Kwon and Terra executive Han Chang-Joon were sentenced in June for falsifying documents and have been in custody since their arrest. Kwon faces extradition to South Korea or the U.S. after serving his sentence in Montenegro.
