I think they are from Russia. Because developer name is Nikolay Kargin and ekran is also Russian word.

Hi! We are from Poland and Kazakhstan. The word "Ekran" is originally French (écran), it also exists in Belarusian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Serbian, Ukrainian, and other languages.

That would be very useful. For now I’m using Mizframa because it has a lot of different mockups templates, including MacBook Pro templates.
I downloaded and bought Ekran. It’s great for creating mockups quickly but I stell prefer doing them with my Mac.
