SpaceX's Starship is set to launch for the second time ever on November 17, aiming to take people and payloads to deep space. The 90-minute flight will see Starship make a partial circuit of Earth and splash down near Hawaii, without a vertical landing. Starship is NASA's chosen system to land astronauts on the moon by 2025 or 2026, with other planned missions including billionaire Jared Isaacman's Polaris Program.
