Director Mike Flanagan planned a season three of his hit Netflix series "The Haunting of Hill House" titled "The Haunting of Hell House," but rights issues prevented it. Flanagan holds great appreciation for the 1971 novel "Hell House" and wanted to adapt it for the series. Flanagan is now moving to Amazon to spearhead a TV show for Stephen King's "The Dark Tower."
