Whirlpool introduces new fridge-liner material that allows for 66% thinner walls and 25% more capacity. JennAir Luxury 30-inch Slimtech Insulation Column to be the first fridge with the new material, set to launch in 2024. Whirlpool claims fridges with SlimTech insulation will be 50% more energy efficient, cool food 30% faster, and keep food fresh longer.
