Limited search history breaks my interest. How often do I go back 4, 7 or 8 years in my mailbox... it's nuts - but running a business requires it.

Only limited on the free version (which for me is more than enough for my personal email at least). But agreed that it forces any business user to pay

How else would they make money?
They’re an email client that sits on top of Gmail.
IMO you still get a lot of value on the free plan from the various productivity features, AI, etc
