Gates' vision of AI agents is certainly exciting, but it raises some important questions about how much control we are willing to cede to AI in our daily lives. I think the biggest concern for many people is the potential for AI agents to become too intrusive or to misinterpret our intentions, leading to negative outcomes. Back to the question, I would not expect too many people would let an agent take control of their private, professional, and social life. Anyway—not me!
