Former GOP House member's wife claims Sen. Markwayne Mullin stuck his finger in the noses of sleeping congressional spouses during a trip to Israel.
Kappy Trott, wife of former Rep. David Trott, shared the incident, stating that Mullin took photos while doing so.
This revelation comes after Mullin's recent altercation during a Senate hearing and his subsequent press tour.
