Research suggests 30-40 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise can counteract the negative health effects of sitting for 10 hours. A meta-analysis study involving 44,370 people found that as the time spent in sedentary behavior increased, the risk of death also increased unless offset by exercise. Any amount of physical activity, even just standing up, helps reduce the risk of an earlier death associated with prolonged sitting. #Health • #WebDesign • #Coding
