Whoop links your health metrics to provide you value. 2. Whoop Coach. Basically ChatGPT but with your health metrics. You can have it create plans, or just analyze your health metrics for you. Ask it to make a marathon training plan but specific to your strain trends and recovery. 3. Insights. See which habits (like eating food closer to bed time) have actual impacts to your health and recovery.
