Finally made it to Tonino after struggling to get a reservation for a while. This dinner was a few months in the making and what a treat it was. Superb service and ambiance and tasty food. Their take on Italian is unique and their pizza dough is phenomenal. 1. Mi - To cocktail (Campari, Giulio Cocchi Storicho Vermouth di Torino, Orange) & House Olives 3. Trevisano Salad with Pecorino, cipollino onions, breadcrumbs, red wine vinaigrette 4. Pizza Bianca with Stracchiatella, whipped 'Nduja, Calabrian chili, basil 5. Lumache pasta with mushrooms, roasted garlic, crême fraiche Luke Fetbroth and his team have managed to created something truly special. It's intimate, it's small but doesn't feel cramped. The tiny menu is incredibly smart and well thought out. A unique standout within Jamaica Plain. #Boston #foodie #restaurant #Eater
