A new open-source AI model called Yi, developed in China, has twice the capacity of ChatGPT and is the second most popular open-source model on Hugging Face. The Yi series, consisting of the lightweight Yi-6B-200K and the more robust Yi-34B-200K, can handle up to 200,000 tokens of context and outperforms other large language models in various benchmarks.
