Adobe is developing Project Sound Lift, an AI-powered audio tool that can separate different layers of sound within a single recording. The tool allows users to filter out specific sounds like applause, laughter, alarms, speech, crowds, traffic, and typing, producing separate files for each element. Project Sound Lift is currently in its early stages and is being presented as one of Adobe's "Sneak" previews. It offers more tailored sound separation compared to other similar tools in the market. It’ll be interesting to see how Adobe utilizes it’s AI arsenal and resources to build out it’s products and services around it.
