The Replacements are one of my favorite bands and this is my favorite album of theirs. This reissue just came out and it’s a revelation — a brand new mix that makes the album sound both very *them* and also very much like it could be coming out as a new album now.
Took me a couple listens to reorient to the new sound of the tracks but now I don’t think I can go back. #music

Cool. Reissue remixes don’t usually register with me, but this is remarkable. I usually don’t pay too much attention to alternate versions either, but all the different “can’t hardly wait”s are a little treasure trove.
