A Colorado judge rules that Trump engaged in insurrection during the Capitol attack but allows him to remain on the state ballot. The judge cites uncertainty about whether the Constitutional amendment barring insurrectionists from public office applies specifically to the presidency. The decision is the third ruling in a week rejecting efforts to remove Trump from the ballot based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. *This must be the hardest shit Trump has had to face in all his life. One car crash of a catastrophe after another. What if he wins again after all this? Never say never cuz that's what was said the first freaking time around and look what happened.
