AI offers remarkable capabilities in analyzing past interactions and providing structured responses. However, it lacks the essential human element – the ability to understand and express real-time emotions and thoughts. For instance, in a scenario where I’m exchanging emails with a customer about an order dispute, the AI might efficiently handle the data and suggest actions based on past patterns. But it cannot discern the nuances of the current situation, like choosing to absorb costs early in the conversation for customer satisfaction. This decision requires a human touch, reflecting feelings and thoughts in the present moment. There needs to be a balance where AI supports with information and suggestions, but the final decision and personalized touch must come from me, ensuring a genuine and empathetic interaction.
