There are a ton of people out there looking to build Web Apps, but you might be asking what is a Web App? A Web App is a website that is essentially a website with more complex features like Authentication, User Profiles, etc. It’s not exactly a mobile app but it has the functionality of a mobile app but instead it lives on the Web. Web Apps are a great alternative to creating a mobile app because it’s cheaper and easier to onboard new users since they don’t have to download an app. The negatives are that you can’t send notifications to a web app and in my opinion nothing beats a mobile app when it comes to performance. Now that you know what a Web App lets dive into how you can build one in less than 5 minutes without having to write a single line of code. To start, many of you I’m sure have heard of No Code tools. I’m a huge fan of No Code because I started out as a Designer who didn’t know how to code but always had ideas that I wanted to build. No Code platforms allowed me to do this, some of my favorites are Framer, Webflow, Bubble & Adalo. The issue my two favorite no code platforms, Framer & Webflow restrict you when it comes to building Web Apps, understandably so because they’re money maker is making it easy for builders to build Landing Pages / Basic Websites with no code. This is great but I wanted to help take this a step further and that’s why I started building a product called stackFrame. stackFrame is tool that plugs seamlessly into a Framer Website, so if you’re already building websites in Framer you can now use stackFrame to transform those Framer Websites into full blown Web Apps. Here’s the best part.
